Our vending operators use Vendman live technology to record sales information on each visit, allowing us to monitor sales performance and forward plan. For sites where demand fluctuates, our vending operators and office team regularly discuss clients’ needs with them.  As a family-owned regional business we offer a greater level of flexibility than some of our larger competitors.

We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than a faulty vending machine. We regularly train our vending operators on repairing faults, and where possible, we carry out proactive work to prevent breakdowns. WestWays Vending prides itself in attending most fault calls within 8 hours of being reported to our dedicated faults desk.

To support our customers, we offer a full audit trail and total cash handling. Our cashless systems and contract invoicing enable clients to offer subsidised or free drinks.  We believe in a personal service, and we welcome visits to our offices in Hailsham.
