Vending Machine Servicing & Repairs

As well as supplying Kenco coffee products and vending machines we also service and repair many makes of vending equipment. We may not have sold the equipment or supplied the stock, but that doesn’t prevent engineers from being able to work on your equipment.They are fully trained to service major manufacturer’s vending machines including Crane, Coffetek, Azkoyen and Kenco, whether they are snack machines, can machines or water machines.  For other makes and models,  we will endeavour to obtain a technical manual and the manufacturer’s contact details. If you have a machines that we do not specialize in, we have a number of business associates whom we may be able to refer you to

WestWays believes in charging fairly for our engineer’s time. We allow waiting time for the engineer and only charge from when he starts work on the equipment to when he stops. Because of this,our engineers have built a good rapport with our customers and they are not left with a large bill.
