‘We have three of Westway’s machines, one hot drinks machine on a rental basis which we manage ourselves, a cold drinks machine and a snack machine, which are fully operated by Westway’s. The Customer Service is first class and they always keep us informed if there are any changes to their service or products. In the beginning we had weekly refills which have now been changed to fortnightly, due to the machines being bigger and not needing the weekly visits. They also offer a very rapid response service for any technical problems’

We have three separate sites with a total of six vending machines. Prior to our introduction to Westways our refreshment vending was a logistical nightmare with supplies from one company, machines supplied from another and maintenance from a third. We decided that it was time to bring all of this together under one roof and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of supplier than Westways. Thanks for your call today it was good to speak and tell you how delighted I am with the service we’ve had so far.
First of all I was impressed with the speedy reply from Karen and the meeting date. From there is just got better as she was able to meet my needs for a short term contract at a very reasonable rate, for a local authority with no money to spend on setting up their training centre!
The machines arrived on the day, which was only a week after our first meeting and just in time for our team meeting, which was earlier than expected and Steve was really helpful in setting them up.
Although we’ve only had the equivalent of 4 1/2 day’s training so far, the machines are proving really popular and I believe I will be putting in another order quite shortly!
