Natalie Baker

Managing Director

Natalie is the Managing Director of Westways Vending. As the daughter of the founders, she has grown with the family business since its beginning. After working across the business for many years and gaining extensive knowledge of both the industry and the company, she took over as Managing Director in 2025.

Matt Lovett

Head of Sales & Marketing

Matt began his career in the vending industry in 2005 and has since accumulated more than 20 years of experience, developing an extensive knowledge of the sector and a genuine passion for delivering innovative vending solutions. Supported by a dedicated and highly experienced team, Matt is passionate about building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service, reliability, and tailored solutions.

Adam Barnard

Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, Adam is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. He leads our Operations, Service, and Warehouse teams, making sure every part of the operation works efficiently to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
